Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note:

  • Items must be in resalable condition with original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals & slides that have been worn or tried on without protective socks. All other footwear categories (hiking shoes, running shoes, tennis shoes, and walking shoes) are eligible for returns when conditions are met.
